We collect information you provide directly, including account information, payment information processed securely through Stripe, conversation data and Chatr configurations, usage data, and analytics.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, manage your account, send important service notifications, analyze usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data for contract performance, legitimate interest, consent-based marketing or optional collection, and legal obligations where applicable.

5. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with AI model providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, service providers, legal recipients, and compliance recipients where needed to operate the Service or satisfy applicable law.

6. AI Model Usage

When you use the Service, your prompts and conversations may be sent to third-party AI model providers selected by the Service to generate AI responses. Each provider has its own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data, including conversation data, indefinitely at launch unless and until you request deletion or applicable law requires otherwise. Deletion requests are handled manually at launch.

8. International Data Transfer

The Service is operated from the United States. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our AI model providers and infrastructure partners operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data, including secure authentication and security controls appropriate to the nature of the Service.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of marketing communications, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and consent withdrawal where processing is consent-based.

The Service is not intended for children under 13. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
