By accessing and using Omni by ochatr.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Omni is an AI orchestration platform that allows users to create custom AI personas (“Chatrs”), build multi-model workflows, and access various AI models through a unified interface. The Service operates on a credit-based pricing model.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to damage or impair the Service, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or related systems.

6. Credits and Payments

Credits are the currency used to access AI models through the Service. Credits are priced at $0.01 each and never expire. Subscription tiers provide additional features and model discounts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ochatr.ai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create through the Service, including prompts, workflows, Chatr configurations, uploaded files, and AI-generated outputs, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party model provider terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. ochatr.ai does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ochatr.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Account Termination

ochatr.ai may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Account deletion requests are handled manually at launch through [email protected].

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
